Changes and Reimbursements

According to the right of return enshrined in the Consumer Statute, Law 1480 of 2011 in its article 47, the customer has the right to return the product(s) purchased through five business days after it was delivered.

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received (including packaging, labels and additional accessories) through a certified carrier. The transportation and the others costs that the return involve will be covered by the consumer.

If all of the above conditions are met, will refund the total amount paid, without any discounts or deductions, and the term can not exceed 30 calendar days from the moment you exercised your right to return.

To exercise the right to a exchange the products must meet the following requirements:

  • They must not be used, washed or damaged
  • They must have the original label. That is why we suggest testing the products before getting them.
  • The products must be returned in their original packaging
  • You must submit the purchase invoice or the gift certificate


Whenever the products are used correctly, they may be changed within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the product. Products purchased in promotion do not apply for changes or refunds of money.

In such case that there are problems of quality, we will recognize the fix or change of this and all the expenses that you have incurred will be reimbursed to you.

If the warranty request is not accepted after being evaluated by the quality department, the customer will be informed within 15 business days of the date of claim to coordinate again the shipment of the product. In that case, we will send the product with a freight charge to the delivery address where the carrier must be paid at the time of receiving the product.

Before making a claim for quality, we invite you to consult the most common reasons for rejection of the requests:

  • The time limit of thirty (30) days after the purchase was delivered was exceeded.
  • You do not follow the washing and care instructions of the product.
  • You used chemicals or bleach in the wash.
  • It is dyed by directly drying in the sun.
  • The product is altered or modified by the client and therefore, its shape was affected.
  • The print, accessories or embroidery were ironed.
  • Normal wear of the product.
  • The design of the product has an artisan process that makes each jeans unique and with irregular finishes between the same lots.

In the event that has mistakenly sent a different article than the one requested, we will recognize the exchange of the product costs as well as the shipping costs for return.
